Here comes the panic police... no, they aren't killing Psylocke. Per the article right below, "Then in April, Cullen Bunn and Ken Lashley bring the Apocalypse Wars to Magneto and his squad in UNCANNY X-MEN #6. There is something wrong with Archangel. Aim him at his target and he will destroy. Beyond that, he is little more than a lifeless drone. And it’s time Psylocke got to the bottom of why." Uncanny X-Men #6... as in, after #4 and #5.

Yes, I'm usually alarmed whenever there is a possibility of Betsy dying, but this time it wouldn't be possible unless she would die and resurrect in the same issue. After all, it's already confirmed that Psylocke will fight Fantomex some issues later in Apocalypse Wars.

The solicitation is kinda misleading, because it only says an X-Man is dead - not that one of the members of THIS squad dies, and not even that this X-Man dies IN THIS ARC. It could be just a flashback explaining how adult Cyclops died after Secret Wars (although I doubt it), or maybe a minor former member of the X-Men is killed, like Hellion, Armor, etc. It happens all the time (unfortunately).

If one member of the current UXM is indeed killed, it's probably Triage (or that mysterious additional member the team will get around the same time), since he's not shown in the Apocalypse Wars cover. It's a shame, because Triage is really cool. But at least we know that Betsy is safe this time.

I like the cover too!! The misleading really opens up many possibilities and probably that is what is supposed to. Thanks for "uncreeping" me out guys haahahahah
That was just a remaining moment of that tragic Psylocke death in X-treme days that was completely unexpected by what the covers suggested too!!
